1694
All British banknotes issued by the
following banks can be exchanged without time limit, regardless of age:
Bank of England
Bank of Scotland
Royal Bank of Scotland
Clydesdale bank
Bank of Ireland
Northern Bank
First Trust bank
Ulster bank

If the banknotes are to be exchanged for foreign currency,
they will be accepted at face value. If they are to be exchanged for
current banknotes, 95% of face value will be paid by bank transfer,
cheque or Bank of England notes, to exchange these notes please email sterling@legacyexchange.co.uk
with the amount you wish to exchange.
